4YourMeeting („the App“) is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not collect, sell, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party. All data you create in the App stays on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own iCloud account.

The developer has no server and no analytics or advertising SDKs. Nothing you enter in the App is ever transmitted to us.
Data Stored On Your Device (and Your iCloud)
The App uses Apple’s SwiftData framework, optionally synced through your iCloud account, to store:
- Meeting records (name, participants, hourly rate, currency, duration, date)
- Meeting templates you create
- Scheduled/upcoming meetings
- App settings and preferences (e.g., default currency, appearance)
This data is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud sync is available and enabled, in your private CloudKit database associated with your Apple ID. It is protected by Apple’s standard iCloud encryption and access controls. The developer cannot access this data — it is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server owned or operated by the developer.
Calendar Access (Optional)
If you choose to use the „Upcoming Meetings“ feature, the App requests permission to access your device Calendar (via Apple’s EventKit framework) so you can:
- Import existing calendar events as scheduled meetings
Calendar data is read locally on your device only, is never transmitted off-device, and access can be revoked at any time in iOS/macOS Settings.
Notifications (Optional)
If you enable reminders for upcoming meetings, the App requests permission to send local notifications. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on-device via Apple’s UserNotifications framework — no data is sent to any server to support this feature.
In-App Purchases
Premium („Pro“) features are unlocked via Apple’s StoreKit framework. Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. The developer receives only anonymized, aggregate transaction confirmations from Apple (via StoreKit) needed to unlock features — no payment or billing details are ever visible to, or collected by, the developer.
Widgets & Live Activities
The Home Screen widget and Live Activity display a snapshot of your current meeting session. This data is shared only between the App and its widget extension via your device’s local App Group container — it never leaves your device.
Data Sharing With Third Parties
We do not share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any data in the first place. The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party tracking frameworks.
Data Retention & Deletion
Since all data lives on your device (and your private iCloud, if enabled), you are always in full control:
- Delete individual meetings, templates, or scheduled meetings at any time within the App.
- Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.
- Turning off iCloud sync for the App (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud) removes it from iCloud sync; you may also delete the App’s iCloud data via that same screen.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal data at all.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the „Effective date“ date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
